Is VidPic free to use?
Yes. We offer a free trial so you can experience the product before paying. When you are ready for more, create an account and top up credits to keep using every tool.
Do I need an account?
The free image-to-video tool works without signing in. To use the full set of tools and to buy credits, create a free account with your email (or continue with Google) — it takes just a few seconds.
How do I get credits?
Go to the Pricing page, pick a credit package, and pay securely with card or crypto (USDT). Credits are added to your account instantly, and you can start generating right away.
How do I sign in?
Click Sign in, then register with your email and a verification code, or continue with Google. You can also sign in without a password using an email verification code.
What if I run out of credits?
Just buy more on the Pricing page. The new credits are added to your account automatically, and you can continue using VidPic without changing anything.
Do my credits expire?
No. Credits never expire — pay once and use them whenever you like. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Is my data safe?
Your generations are tied to your own account and only you can access them. Task files are kept for 7 days and then automatically deleted. You can also delete them earlier yourself.
What should I do if I have a problem with credits or a task?
Please contact our support team. Include the email address on your account and the task ID so we can investigate and help you resolve the issue faster.
Can I get a refund?
Sorry, no. Once credits have been purchased, they are non-refundable, so please make sure you understand this before buying.
